Cefixime side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on May 29, 2006. Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection What is  urinary tract infection and was treated with Cefixime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioneurotic oedema, orthostatic hypotension, pseudomembranous colitis, suffocation feeling. Cefixime dosage: 400 MG DAILY ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
