Female patient, 83 years of age, weighting 159.8 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia  and was treated with Cefepime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, dyskinesia, electroencephalogram abnormal, muscle twitching, partial seizures, pyrexia.
