Male patient, child 1 years of age, was diagnosed with otitis media, upper respiratory tract inflammation and was treated with Cefditoren. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carnitine decreased, convulsion, hypoglycaemia. Cefditoren dosage: 120 MG, SEE TEXT, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CEFDITOREN PIVOXIL, TOMIRON, FLOMOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
