Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with infection prophylaxis, convulsion and was treated with Cefazolin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, eye disorder, ill-defined disorder, pyrexia, rash , sepsis , staphylococcal infection , toxic epidermal necrolysis. Cefazolin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENOBAL, ADALAT, HERBESSER, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, PREDONINE, VANCOMYCIN, FERROMIA, CINAL. Patient died on 07/30/2005.
