Male patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with pyelonephritis and was treated with Cefazolin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, platelet count decreased. Cefazolin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMICALIQ, CHLORIDE, PIPERACILLIN, ISOTONIC FLUID, MADOPAR, METILON, SYMMETREL. Patient recovered.
