Cefamezin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Nov 14, 2006. Female patient, child 9 years of age, weighting 72.75 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia , acute respiratory distress syndrome and was treated with Cefamezin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, c-reactive protein increased, oxygen saturation decreased, pyrexia. Cefamezin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ELASPOL, GASTER, UNASYN, SULPERAZON. Patient recovered.
