Cefalexin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Apr 17, 2007. Female patient, 14 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection
and was treated with Cefalexin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, haemolytic anaemia, renal tubular necrosis. Cefalexin dosage: 250 MG. During the same period patient was treated with TRIMETHOPRIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
