Female patient, child 6 years of age, weighting 55.00 lb, was diagnosed with pharyngitis streptococcal, pharyngolaryngeal pain, upper respiratory tract infection and was treated with Cefaclor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: crying, headache What is  headache, screaming, urticaria. Cefaclor dosage: 250 MG T.I.D. PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
