Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection What is  urinary tract infection and was treated with Cefaclor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphonia, fall What is  fall, loss of consciousness, rash pruritic. Cefaclor dosage: 250 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with RALOXIFENE. Patient recovered.
