Male patient, child 4 years of age, was diagnosed with pharyngitis, acute tonsillitis and was treated with Cefaclor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute tonsillitis, ecthyma, gangrene, streptococcal infection What is  streptococcal infection. Cefaclor dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SULTAMICILLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
