Female patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, hypothyroidism and was treated with Catapres. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site rash, pneumonia , rash pruritic, renal impairment, ureteric obstruction. Catapres dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ISOSORBIDE, ASPIRIN, LOTREL, SYNTHROID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
