Caspofungin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 16, 2006. Male patient, 50 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with aspergillosis, bronchitis , lung infection pseudomonal and was treated with Caspofungin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: flushing, infusion related reaction. Caspofungin dosage: 50 MG DAILY IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with GENTAMICIN. Patient recovered.
