Caspofungin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Jan 15, 2009. Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with candidiasis and was treated with Caspofungin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased. Caspofungin dosage: 50 MG Q24H IV. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, SYNTHROID, MORPHINE, FLAGYL. Patient recovered.
