Caspofungin side effect was reported by a Physician from BRAZIL on Jan 19, 2006. Female patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia fungal, febrile neutropenia, prophylaxis and was treated with Caspofungin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, sepsis What is  sepsis. Caspofungin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMPHOTERICIN B, IMIPENEM, SULFAMERAZINE AND TRIMETHOPRIM, VANCOMYCIN, DIPYRONE, RANITIDINE, NYSTATIN, ALLOPURINOL. Patient died.
