Male patient, 82 years of age, weighting 185.0 lb, was diagnosed with prostatic specific antigen increased and was treated with Casodex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, asthenia, blood pressure increased, head discomfort, insomnia, loss of consciousness, mental disorder, presyncope, tinnitus . Casodex dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, cerebrovascular accident, dysarthria, encephalomalacia, facial palsy, gait disturbance, headache , hypoacusis, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion. Casodex dosage: 50 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLADEX, ATIVAN, NORVASC, MICARDIS, AVAPRO, NOVASEN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
