Carvedilol dosage: 2.5MGD PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL, DILTIAZEM, LIPITOR, WARFARIN, LOSARTAN POSTASSIUM, TICLOPIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, INSULIN. Patient recovered.
