Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Carvedilol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, myalgia, myoglobin blood increased, rhabdomyolysis. Carvedilol dosage: 12.5MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN, DILTIAZEM, RANOLAZINE, CYCLOSPORINE, METOPROLOL, TAMSULOSIN, SERTRALINE, FLUDROCORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Carvedilol dosage: 6.25MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DIGITOXIN, ASPIRIN, FUROSEMID, GLIBENCLAMIDE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, TORASEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/18/2008.
