Carteolol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 11, 2008. Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with open angle glaucoma, hypertension, hyperparathyroidism and was treated with Carteolol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , arthralgia, arthritis , back pain , body temperature decreased, condition aggravated, eye pain, fatigue, glare. Carteolol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARTEOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE, CARTEOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE, CARTEOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE, TRUSOPT, XALATAN, BENICAR, VITAMIN D3. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with glaucoma , hypertension, blood parathyroid hormone increased, brain operation, osteoarthritis  and was treated with Carteolol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, back pain , body temperature decreased, increased appetite, insomnia, night sweats, peripheral coldness, pollakiuria, weight increased. Carteolol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRUSOPT, XALATAN, BENICAR, VITAMIN D3, PHENOBARBITAL, TYLENOL. Patient recovered.
