Carmustine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 14, 2006. Female patient, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with metastatic malignant melanoma and was treated with Carmustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemoptysis, respiratory failure. Carmustine dosage: 285 MG X 5 CYCLES OVER 2 HRS IV. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Carmustine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Dec 29, 2008. Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 174.2 lb, was diagnosed with stem cell transplant and was treated with Carmustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute graft versus host disease, obliterative bronchiolitis, respiratory failure. Carmustine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, MELPHALAN, CERTICAN, MYFORTIC. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 10/24/2008.
