Carmustine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 15, 2005. Male patient, weighting 192.5 lb, was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme and was treated with Carmustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism. Carmustine dosage: 206MG IV ONCE Q 6 WEEKS. During the same period patient was treated with TOPOTECAN, DILANTIN, LEXAPRO, DECADRON, PEPCID, PERCOCET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Carmustine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Jan 14, 2005. Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 226.0 lb, was diagnosed with astrocytoma and was treated with Carmustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchitis What is  bronchitis, deep vein thrombosis What is  deep vein thrombosis, nasal congestion, neutropenia, pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism, rhinorrhoea, sinus headache. Carmustine dosage: 510 MG 1,2,3,56 INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with DECADRON, PROTONIX, LANTUS, DILANTIN, STOOL SOFTENER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
