Male patient, child 6 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Carisoprodol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: overdose, victim of homicide. Carisoprodol dosage: unknown. Patient died.

Male patient, 41 years of age, weighting 278.0 lb, was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and was treated with Carisoprodol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, hypersomnia, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, oedema, oedema peripheral, overdose, pitting oedema, pulmonary oedema. Carisoprodol dosage: 350 MG, Q6H PRN, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, LASIX, LIPITOR, OXYCODONE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, KLONOPIN. Patient died on 01/20/2006.
