Male patient, 51 years of age, weighting 179.9 lb, was diagnosed with pain , intervertebral disc protrusion and was treated with Carisoprodol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, glossodynia, incorrect dose administered, treatment noncompliance. Carisoprodol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EXCEDRIN. Patient recovered.
