After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphagia, catatonia, chest pain What is  chest pain, dyspnoea, inadequate analgesia, nausea What is  nausea, panic attack, poisoning What is  poisoning. Carisoprodol dosage: 350 MG, THREE TIMES DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NORCO, VALIUM. Patient recovered.

Carisoprodol dosage: 350 MG, Q6H PRN, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, LASIX, LIPITOR, OXYCODONE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, KLONOPIN. Patient died on 01/20/2006.
