Male patient, 43 years of age, weighting 173.7 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Carisoprodol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphagia, catatonia, chest pain , dyspnoea, inadequate analgesia, nausea , panic attack, poisoning . Carisoprodol dosage: 350 MG, THREE TIMES DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NORCO, VALIUM. Patient recovered.

Carisoprodol dosage: 350 MG, THREE TIMES DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NORCO, VALIUM. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, hypersomnia, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, oedema, oedema peripheral, overdose, pitting oedema, pulmonary oedema. Carisoprodol dosage: 350 MG, Q6H PRN, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, LASIX, LIPITOR, OXYCODONE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, KLONOPIN. Patient died on 01/20/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cor pulmonale acute, deep vein thrombosis , dyspnoea, haemangioma of liver, oedema peripheral, pulmonary embolism . Carisoprodol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SUMATRIPTAN, NAPROXEN, CELECOXIB, VIOXX, DESLORATADINE, TOLTERODINE TARTRATE, MIRTAZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
