During the same period patient was treated with CARIMUNE NF, CARIMUNE NF. Patient recovered.

Carimune dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALLEGRA, SINGULAIR, PROVENTIL, PULMICORT, ALBUTEROL, ACTONEL, CALTRATE WITH VITAMIN D, SYNTHROID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Carimune dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with STEROIDS. Patient died on 10/22/2006.
