Carduran side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Feb 18, 2005. Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia and was treated with Carduran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, cardiomegaly, dementia alzheimer's type, influenza, ischaemia, multi-organ failure, respiratory tract infection. Carduran dosage: 4 MG (4 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MIDAZOLAM, CHLORTALIDONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/13/2005.
