Cardizem Side Effects Report #5305195-3
Cardizem side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 03, 2007. Male patient, 62 years of age, weighting 189.6 lb, was diagnosed with tremor, blood testosterone decreased and was treated with Cardizem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, balance disorder, brain damage, cardiac arrest , heart rate decreased, memory impairment. Cardizem dosage: 120 MG Q DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ANDROGEL, PERCOCET, ZOLOFT, DEPAKOTE, WELLBUTRIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , cardiopulmonary failure, coronary artery disease , unresponsive to stimuli. Cardizem dosage: (240 MG ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with RYTHMOL, DIGOXIN, LASIX, IMDUR, ALLOPURINOL, LISINOPRIL, LIPITOR, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE. Patient died on 05/14/2006.

Patient died on 04/07/2008.

Patient died on 09/10/2005.
