Cardizem side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 10, 2005. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, arthralgia and was treated with Cardizem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: allergy to arthropod sting, arthralgia, asthenia, blood cholesterol increased, carotid artery stenosis, carpal tunnel syndrome , cerebrovascular accident, cervicobrachial syndrome, chest pain . Cardizem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX, NORVASC, PLAVIX, ALEVE, MOTRIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
