Female patient, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with local anaesthesia, ischaemic cardiomyopathy and was treated with Carbocaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyskinesia, loss of consciousness, muscle rigidity. Carbocaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NAROPEINE, ULTIVA, ASPIRIN, PLAVIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, hypotension, incontinence, loss of consciousness, peripheral vascular disorder, shock, unresponsive to verbal stimuli, urticaria. Carbocaine dosage: 5 - 6 ML GIVEN AT L 4/5 INTERSPACE. During the same period patient was treated with SISCARD, GLYBURIDE, CARDENALIN, GASTER, TANATRIL, KINEDAK. Patient recovered.
