After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, heart rate increased, muscle spasms, tremor. Carbidopa dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEURONTIN, DILANTIN, CLONIDINE, XANAX, ZOLOFT, TOPROL, LISINOPRIL, AZMACORT. Patient recovered.
