Carbidopa dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARVEDILOL, ACETAMINOPHEN, ASPIRIN, BICALUTAMIDE, BISACODYL, CARBIDOPA AND LEVODOPA, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE.
