After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental exposure, confusional state, incontinence, lethargy, unresponsive to stimuli. Carbatrol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAPIN, TEGRETOL, LAMICTAL, ZOLOFT, COLACE, MELATONIN, AMITRIPTYLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
