Male patient, child 5 years of age, weighting 50.00 lb, was diagnosed with partial seizures and was treated with Carbatrol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: stevens-johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Carbatrol dosage: 200MG 2TIMESADAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
