Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was diagnosed with convulsion and was treated with Carbatrol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, confusional state, convulsion, dementia , feeling abnormal, gait disturbance, loss of consciousness, social avoidant behaviour. Carbatrol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT, PLE VITAMINS, MOTRIN, LEUKERAN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , feeling abnormal, loss of consciousness, ventricular arrhythmia. Carbatrol dosage: 200 MG 3 CAP 2X/DAY, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchitis , dizziness , loss of consciousness, pain in extremity, pulmonary embolism . Carbatrol dosage: 300 MG, EVERY 12 HOURS,ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SEROQUEL, RISPERDAL. Patient died on 11/24/2004.
