Carafate side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Mar 02, 2005. Male patient was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease, ulcer What is  ulcer and was treated with Carafate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction. Carafate dosage: 2 ML QID PO; 4 DOSES. During the same period patient was treated with PREVACID, ZANTAC, REGLAN. Patient recovered.
