After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pruritus. Captopril dosage: PAR'S 25MG YRS AGO TO 7/11/04;MYLAN'S 25MG 7/12 TO 8/10/04;PAR 8/11/04;BRAND NAME 8/11/04;BMS.. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, blood pressure systolic decreased, pruritus. Captopril dosage: 12.5 MG Q8H PO. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ONDANSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE, IBUPROFEN, TAMSULOSIN, VENLAFAXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, CLOPIDOGREL, DEXAMETHASONE PHOSPHATE, FLUOROURACIL. Patient recovered.
