Capastat side effect was reported by a Physician from SOUTH AFRICA on May 14, 2007. Female patient, 13 years of age, weighting 63.93 lb, was diagnosed with tuberculosis What is  tuberculosis and was treated with Capastat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypocalcaemia, hypokalaemia, hypomagnesaemia, weight decreased. Capastat dosage: 500 MG, DAILY (1/D). Patient died.

Capastat side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on Oct 15, 2007. Female patient, 24 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis and was treated with Capastat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypocalcaemia, hypokalaemia, hypomagnesaemia. Capastat dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PYRAZINAMIDE, PROTIONAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
