Candesartan Side Effects Report #4666388-1
Candesartan side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 21, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, nephrolithiasis and was treated with Candesartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: leukocytosis, metabolic acidosis, pancreatitis acute, renal failure acute, respiratory failure, septic shock, ventricular fibrillation. Candesartan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with POTASSIUM CITRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Patient recovered.
