Candesartan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Apr 10, 2007. Male patient, 28 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Candesartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , diastolic dysfunction, dyspnoea, hypertension, mitral valve incompetence, renin increased, tricuspid valve incompetence, ventricular hypertrophy. Candesartan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LERCANIDIPINE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, URAPIDIL, RILMENIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
