Candesartan Side Effects Report #5915963-2
Candesartan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Oct 06, 2008. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, tooth abscess, hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Candesartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioedema, dysphonia, oropharyngeal pain, respiratory distress, swollen tongue. Candesartan dosage: 8 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, ERYTHROMYCIN, LISINOPRIL, SIMVASTATIN, ADIZEM, ALLOPURINOL, DIGOXIN, EZETIMIBE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
