Camptosar Side Effects Report #4726360-X
Camptosar side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on July 11, 2005. Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was diagnosed with rectosigmoid cancer and was treated with Camptosar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: circulatory collapse, diarrhoea, malignant neoplasm progression, metastases to liver, tachyarrhythmia, tachycardia paroxysmal. Camptosar dosage: 80 MG/M2 (CYCLICAL), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOROURACIL, CETUXIMAB, DEXAMETHASONE, ATROPINE SULPHATE, ZOFRAN, CLEMASTINE FUMARATE, FOLIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/14/2004.

Camptosar dosage: 50 MG (50 MG CYCLIC INTERVAL:EVERY WEEK) INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CAPECITABINE, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE, LOPERAMIDE, HYDROCORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/06/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , breast cancer , dehydration, hypercoagulation, malignant neoplasm progression, nausea , renal infarct. Camptosar dosage: 60 MG/M*2 (CYCLIC INTERVAL:DAILY), ORAL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cheyne-stokes respiration, coma, depressed level of consciousness, interstitial lung disease, malignant neoplasm progression, malignant pleural effusion, metastases to lung, metastases to spine, respiratory failure. Camptosar dosage: 90 MG (INTERMITTENT), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATIN, VEPESID, CALSED, HANGE, NEUTROGIN, MARUYAMA VACCINE, HALCION. Patient died on 01/11/2004.

During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATIN, ATENOLOL, DEMECLOCYCLINE, ONDANSETRON, LISINOPRIL, LORAZEPAM, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, POTASSIUM ACETATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Camptosar dosage: 175 MG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with ATIVAN, OXYCODONE, DEXAMETHASONE, PROCRIT, COUMADIN, PHENYTOIN. Patient died.
