Camptosar Side Effects Report #4988163-0
Camptosar side effect was reported by a Physician from SWEDEN on Apr 12, 2006. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with oesophageal carcinoma, ill-defined disorder and was treated with Camptosar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , dyspnoea exertional, hypotension. Camptosar dosage: (400 MG, EVERY 14 DAYS). During the same period patient was treated with FLUOROURACIL, LEUCOVORIN CALCIUM, DILTIAZEM, ATACAND, NEXIUM, GAVISCON, MONOKET, PRIMPERAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, atrial fibrillation , blood glucose increased, blood pressure decreased, decreased appetite, diarrhoea, fatigue, haemodynamic instability. Camptosar dosage: 100 MG/M2 (2 PER CYCLE, CYCLE 3), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CELEBREX, GEMCITABINE, ATENOLOL, FINASTERIDE, FUROSEMIDE, FENTANYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/09/2003.

During the same period patient was treated with CETUXIMAB, KARDEGIC, EUPRESSYL, COVERSYL, LOPERAMIDE, ATARAX, TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
