Camptosar Side Effects Report #5121328-6
Camptosar side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 21, 2006. Female patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with gastric cancer and was treated with Camptosar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, ascites, blood creatinine increased, blood pressure diastolic decreased, cardiac arrest , depressed level of consciousness, disseminated intravascular coagulation, haemorrhage subcutaneous, hypoglycaemia. Camptosar dosage: 57 MG/M2, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATIN, DOGMATYL, ULCERMIN, TORSEMIDE, FOSMICIN, LASIX. Patient died on 08/27/2006.

Camptosar side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 10, 2005. Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with colorectal cancer metastatic and was treated with Camptosar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, bone marrow toxicity, dehydration, febrile neutropenia, hepatic failure, leukopenia, metastases to liver, septic shock. Camptosar dosage: 600 MG, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CETUXIMAB, ONDANSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/11/2004.
