Female patient was diagnosed with transplant rejection, bone marrow conditioning regimen, prophylaxis against graft versus host disease and was treated with Campath. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: b-cell lymphoma, bacterial sepsis, bk virus infection, cardiovascular disorder, cytomegalovirus infection , myeloma recurrence, paraproteinaemia. Campath dosage: UNIT DOSE: 30 MG. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPREDNISOLONE, THYMOGLOBULIN, TACROLIMUS, SIROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, IMMUNE GLOBULIN INTRAVENOUS. Patient died.
