After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , constipation , dyspepsia, urinary tract obstruction. Caltrate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACTONEL, OSCAL, FOSAMAX, MILK OF MAGNESIA, VITAMINS. Patient recovered.
