Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with hypoparathyroidism and was treated with Calcitriol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, coordination abnormal, hypercalcaemia, renal failure acute, visual impairment. Calcitriol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, calciphylaxis, congestive cardiomyopathy, cryptococcosis, haemodynamic instability, hypocalcaemia, pyrexia, renal failure acute, septic shock. Calcitriol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, CALCIUM CARBONATE, CYCLOSPORINE, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, ACENOCUMAROL, OPIATES, ANTIBIOTICS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
