Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with hypoparathyroidism and was treated with Calcitriol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, milk-alkali syndrome, syncope. Calcitriol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CALCIUM CARBONATE, CALCIUM CARBONATE, VITAMIN D SUPPLEMENTED MILK. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
