Calcitriol Side Effects Report #4638894-7
Calcitriol side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 17, 2003. Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis What is  rheumatoid arthritis and was treated with Calcitriol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain stem syndrome, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, catheter placement, catheter related infection, catheter removal, cerebral ischaemia, coma, communication disorder, conjunctivitis. Calcitriol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEORAL, PREDNISOLONE, AMOBAN, ASPARA, ADALAT, DEPAS, LORELCO. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 04/10/2005.
