Calan side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 02, 2005. Female patient, 48 years of age, weighting 195.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Calan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, dizziness , heart rate increased, refusal of treatment by patient, restlessness. Calan dosage: 240 MG (240 MG, DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL, MONTELUKAST, SALBUTAMOL, INSULIN, SIMVASTATIN, POTASSIUM ACETATE, FUROSEMIDE, LISINOPRIL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose decreased, blood pressure increased, chest pain , feeling abnormal, heart rate increased, movement disorder , prescribed overdose, refusal of treatment by patient, tremor. Calan dosage: 180 MG (180 MG, EVERY EVENING), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, COVERA, VERAPAMIL, INSULIN, MONTELUKAST, ALBUTEROL, ZOCOR. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: echocardiogram abnormal, joint swelling, oedema peripheral, pulmonary hypertension , refusal of treatment by patient, sleep apnoea syndrome. Calan dosage: 250 MG (250 MG, DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZESTRIL, PREMPRO ESTROGENS CONJUGATED. Patient recovered.
