After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: headache , nausea , rash . Calan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AVAPRO. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , blood pressure inadequately controlled, disability, dizziness , dyspnoea, headache , tinnitus , weight increased. Calan dosage: DAILY DOSE:280MG. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal discomfort, arthralgia, blood pressure decreased, carotid artery disease , feeling abnormal, feeling drunk, headache , heart rate decreased, lethargy. Calan dosage: 480 MG (240 MG, TWICE DAILY), 10 YEARS AGO. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, PREVACID, VALIUM, DICLOXACILLIN. Patient recovered.
