Caelyx side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 04, 2005. Female patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and was treated with Caelyx. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary embolism . Caelyx dosage: 75 MG X 3 CYCLES. Patient died on 02/14/2005.
